Commerz Real Terms and conditions of entry
Conditions of participation in the Commerz Real AG Advent competition
§ 1 Subject matter
The following terms and conditions govern participation in the competition organised by Commerz Real AG, Friedrichstraße 25, 65185 Wiesbaden (hereinafter referred to as “CR AG”), which takes place from 25 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 inclusive. The draw will take place on 02/01/2025. The winners will be notified by e-mail shortly. For reasons of better legibility, only the grammatically masculine form is used. This always refers to people of any gender identity (male/female/diverse/no indication).
Participants can win one of 30 (thirty) hotel vouchers worth 3 nights in a premium room category (for two people) including breakfast at one of the following hausInvest hotels:
CR AG is responsible for the competition campaign, which also bears the costs for carrying out the competition. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant as part of the competition and sent by the winners is CR AG. The subsidiaries Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter referred to as “CRI”) and Commerz Real Fund Management S.à r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “CRFM”, jointly referred to as “Subsidiaries”) will receive the e-mail addresses of the participants. The subsidiaries are responsible for sending newsletters to the klimaVest ELTIF fund of CRFM and to the hausInvest fund of CRI, which process the data for advertising purposes. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition must be addressed to CR AG. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation.
§ 2 Participation
Participation is only permitted for natural persons over the age of 18 who are permanently resident in Germany. Employees of the Commerz Real Group and their relatives are excluded from participation. Relatives within the meaning of Section 37b EStG are the following groups of persons: Engagees, spouses, relatives and in-laws, children, Parents, siblings, children of siblings, spouses of siblings and siblings of spouses, Siblings of the parents and persons connected by a long-term care relationship with a domestic community such as parents and child (foster parents and foster children). Furthermore, all persons involved in the implementation or implementation of the competition, who were or are involved in the technical and/or organisational implementation/implementation, such as service providers, are excluded from participation. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) are also excluded from participation.
Each participant may only enter the competition once. Participation in the competition is voluntary and can only be done via the form on the landing page https://commerzreal.com/de/gewinnspiel/. The participant hereby guarantees the accuracy of the data he/she has provided or the information entered in the form.
Participants in the competition are those who complete the competition form on the landing page https://commerzreal.com/de/gewinnspiel/and confirm the e-mail via Double Opt In a) and b) consent to the use of the e-mail address for advertising purposes and to receiving current information on the klimaVest ELTIF from CRFM and hausInvest from CRI. The collection of the following personal data (pursuant to Article 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR) required: Salutation, surname & first name (as noted on ID card or passport) and email address. In addition, the preferred hotel stay is required as well as information on the level of knowledge regarding the two fund products hausInvest and klimaVest (information on whether the participant “so far knows little about klimaVest/hausInvest”/“is a klimaVest or hausInvest expert” or “already invested in klimaVest or hausInvest” in order to be able to provide relevant information after the competition). This information has no influence on the prize draw or chances of winning. Specifying the preferred hotel is not a guarantee that the winner will be awarded the desired hotel. Once the winners have been drawn, the hotels will be awarded.
§ 3 Implementation of the competition
The winners will be drawn at random among all participants after the closing date. The winners will be drawn by CR AG and contacted by e-mail. The winners must reply to the winning email. The prize will then be sent by e-mail by CR AG. If the winner does not respond to the winning email within 4 weeks of being notified of the prize, a new winner will be selected. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to third parties. Cash payments and self-collection are also not possible.
CR AG is not responsible for messages received due to Internet delays or disruptions, disruptions to telephone, broadband or other networks, or messages not received or received after the entry deadline. This competition is not associated with the social media platform. It is not supported, sponsored or organised.
§ 4 Exclusion from the competition and other termination
CR AG will exclude participants from the competition who use unauthorised aids, otherwise obtain benefits through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple entries) and/or in a similar way violate these conditions of participation. CR AG reserves the right to change, interrupt or discontinue the competition in whole or in part at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Claims for compensation for lost participation and any damages are excluded. Legal recourse is excluded in this case. The competition of CR AG is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Section 5 Other
In connection with this competition, entrants have the following rights at all times: Right to object to the processing of their data, withdraw consent, access, delete or correct data, lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, restrict processing and data portability.
