The international management consulting firm Bain & Company is expanding the footprint of its head office in France in the Paris hausInvest office complex Espace Kléber by more than 1,000 square metres to around 5,700 square metres. At the same time Bain & Company is extending its lease agreement by a further five years. Espace Kléber is located in the luxurious 16th arrondissement at 23-25 Avenue Kléber, one of the roads which radiates out from the Arc de Triomphe. Completed in 1999, the property has been in the hausInvest portfolio since 2009 and was modernised in 2017. With Bain & Company about 97 per cent of the building’s leasable space of 11,500 square metres is now occupied.
The international law firm Signature Litigation is taking up nearly 1,500 square metres in the Étoile Saint Honoré building. Thus, nearly 97 per cent of the property’s approx. 28,500 square metres is also occupied. In addition to indoor gardens, the complex has large roof terraces which offer a direct view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Completed in 1993 and owned by hausInvest since 1998, the property is situated in a central location in Paris in the 8th arrondissement at 21-25 Rue de Balzac, just a few hundred metres from the Arc de Triomphe. The 8th arrondissement is regarded as the political and economic centre of France, accommodating the Élysée Palace, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, as well as a number of museums and major sights.
