With the Kuuronkallio wind farm, Commerz Real is implementing its first project on the Finnish wind market. And it is doing so with great success: thanks to a ten-year power purchase agreement with Google as the purchasing partner, not only is electricity production secured in the long term – but also a stable cash flow for our investors. The electricity produced in this way actively helps the Group to meet its electricity requirements without CO2, while the operation of the wind farm also benefits the local community in the form of property tax income.
