About the solar park
The Tordesillas photovoltaic park north-west of Madrid has been part of the Commerz Real portfolio since 2020 and was commissioned in 2021. The solar park is characterised by a special technological feature, namely a tracked carrier system that makes the most effective energy generation possible. With Tordesillas, Commerz Real acquired the first solar park for its klimaVest impact fund. The park thus plays an important role in the geographical and technological diversification of Commerz Real’s renewables portfolio.
