Tucherpark is not an average real estate project: In a joint venture, we and project developer Hines work together to create a future-oriented ecosystem. A system that integrates the areas of work, living, leisure and health services. The new Tucherpark in the Eisbach district creates Munich’s first green city centre district.

The 190-metre tower is the first building in the form of a new urban coexistence of life and work in one in Germany’s financial capital. Already added to the portfolio in 2019, the solitary in the heart of the main metropolis shows that networking can also grow to great heights. Hybridisation of forms of use not only shortens routes in the city, but also shows that sustainable living environments will be characterised by flexibility.
