With real values in the double sense, we are committed to social commitment and have set up a special programme for this purpose. CR Volunteering gives our employees space and time to volunteer. In doing so, we create the basis for our employees to be able to use one working day a year for social engagement.
Volunteering during working hours? We make it possible
In practical terms, this means that we give our employees one working day or eight working hours per year to volunteer as an incentive to volunteer. Each and every one of us can decide for ourselves how and where we want to engage socially.
