The EXPO REAL in Munich is one of the most important events of the year for us as Commerz Real. We have been represented at the trade fair since 1998 - and the location has also long been a home site: Hall B2, Stand 210. This year, around 80 colleagues from different departments will be on site over 176 square metres. The trade fair is not a product show. The focus is always on personal discussions with investors, business partners and other market participants.
An innovation will provide a special topic for discussion: This year (from 5 to 7 October), EXPO REAL will be focusing on investable infrastructure for the first time. With InfrastructureNow energy, digital and social infrastructure, among other things, are on the agenda. For Commerz Real, this is an obvious topic in view of its own commitment to these areas - and we are excited to see what role infrastructure will actually play in the exchange at a trade fair that is traditionally heavily influenced by real estate.
