As part of an individual mandate, Commerz Real has acquired an ensemble of office and commercial buildings at Maximilianstrasse 12-14 and Falkenturmstrasse 5-7 in Munich’s city centre for a private investor. Seller is a subsidiary of the project developer Centrum. Non-disclosure was agreed on the purchase price.

The current market situation and the rapid actions of all parties involved have enabled us to acquire a rare gem of the Munich real estate market for our client.
The complex, with a plot of almost 1,600 square metres and a rental space of around 6,100 square metres, was built in 1867 and is listed. Well-known brands such as Louis Vuitton (Hublot and Fendi), Montblanc or Swatch (Blancpain) are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the buildings on Maximilianstrasse. Offices are located on the other upper floors. The building on the back of Falkenturmstraße houses a hotel and two residential units. Marienplatz, the Bavarian State Opera and the Kempinski Hotel “Vier Jahreszeiten” are located in the immediate vicinity.
