The management of Commerz Real’s hausInvest open-ended real estate fund reports positive rental business for the first half of 2024. The value of all contract renewals and new contracts, calculated over their entire term, totalled around 309 million euros. This is about 42 percent more than in the first half of 2023 (217 million euros).

The most lucrative rentals still include those of office space, for example the early long-term extension of the Pels Rijcken law firm to more than 11,000 square metres in The Hague or those by the French care provider Clariane at the Paris Etoile Saint Honoré property to more than 4,000 square metres.

Office space is and will continue to be a decisive success factor for our portfolio. However, this only works if the location and quality of the properties are correct.
