After six years at Commerz Real, Jens Böhnlein will leave the tangible assets subsidiary of Commerzbank on 30 September 2024 to take on a new challenge. As the company announced, he was most recently Global Head of Asset Management and Sustainability since 2021 and was thus responsible for the around 200 properties managed via various products. Henning Koch, Chairman of the Management Board of Commerz Real, is taking over his duties on a temporary basis.

As a shaping designer, Jens has put together a great team and made a significant contribution to both our asset management and the sustainability focus of our business. I wish him all the best and look back extremely positively on the challenges and successes we have faced together.

Jens Böhnlein first joined Commerz Real in 2018 as Global Head of Office.
