The international management and business consultancy Bain & Company is expanding its French headquarters in the Paris-based hausInvest office property Espace Kléber by over 1,000 square metres to around 5,700 square metres. At the same time, Bain & Company is extending its lease agreement by five years. Espace Kléber is located at 23-25 Avenue Kléber in the luxurious 16th arrondissement, one of the streets that starts star-shaped from the Arc de Triomphe. Built in 1999, the property has been in the portfolio of hausInvest since 2009 and was last modernised in 2017. Bain & Company occupies around 97 percent of the nearly 11,500 square metres of rental space.
In addition, the international law firm Signature Litigation moves into the Étoile Saint Honoré building, which covers almost 1,500 square metres. The property’s approximately 28,500 square metres are thus also leased to just under 97 percent. In addition to inner gardens, the property has large roof terraces that offer a direct view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arch of Triumph. Built in 1993 and part of hausInvest since 1998, the property is located in a central location in Paris in the 8th arrondissement on 21-25 Rue de Balzac, just a few hundred metres from the Arc de Triomphe. The 8th arrondissement is the political and economic centre of France, home to the Élysée Palace, the magnificent Avenue des Champs-Élysées and a host of museums and attractions.
