Commerz Real in Vienna reports full letting for the CB07 property of the “Town Town” office complex in the portfolio of the hausInvest open-ended real estate fund. The city of Vienna secured the entire area of around 4,750 square metres within a short period of time. Approximately 2,500 square metres were already procured by the City of Vienna’s health service in December 2023, and approximately 2,000 square metres will use the city’s child and youth aid from summer 2024. The remaining 250 square metres had already been rented for the health service of the city of Vienna some time ago.
Located in the 3rd district of Vienna in the Erdberg St. Marx sub-market, the Town Town business park, built in 2007, comprises a total of 19 office buildings, of which Commerz Real originally purchased six for hausInvest. Five properties have already been sold, so now only “Town Town CB07” remains in the portfolio.
