Effective May 1, 2024, Michael Henn will assume the position of Global Head of Green Deal Infrastructure at Commerz Real AG. Henn will be responsible for the transaction and acquisition business, project developments and asset management in the field of renewable energies and infrastructure investments. 
Michael Henn is an accomplished leader and has extensive transactional and project development expertise. Under his management, we will continue to expand our Renewables business. In addition to transactions and asset management, the focus of the activities will be on implementing the project development strategy in the area of renewables and further integrating renewable energies with sustainable real estate projects.

Michael Henn has extensive experience in the investment industry and has led specialized transaction and project development teams for many years. Prior to joining Commerz Real, the 47-year-old was, among other things, Head of Transactions and Commercial Executive Board at Gerchgroup AG and CEO of Immobel Germany GmbH. An educated banker, Henn holds a degree in business administration and has completed a degree in sustainable real estate project development at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel (EBS). He succeeds Yves-Maurice Radwan, who leaves the company at his own request.
