Effective 1 May 2024, Michael Henn will take over the position of Global Head of Green Deal Infrastructure at Commerz Real AG. In future, Henn will be responsible for the transaction and acquisition business, project development and asset management in the area of renewable energies and infrastructure investments.

Michael Henn is an experienced leader with extensive transaction and project development skills. Under his leadership, we will continue to drive the expansion of our renewables business. In addition to transaction and asset management, the activities will focus on the implementation of the project development strategy in the area of renewables and the further integration of renewable energies with sustainable real estate projects.
Michael Henn has extensive experience in the investment industry and has been leading specialised transaction and project development teams for many years. Prior to joining Commerz Real, the 47-year-old worked as Head of Transactions and Commercial Board member at Gerchgroup AG and was CEO of Immobel Germany GmbH. Henn holds a degree in banking and business administration (FH) and studied sustainable real estate project development at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel (EBS). He succeeds Yves-Maurice Radwan, who leaves the company at his own request.
